FRANKFORT, Ky. (December 4, 2023) — The Constitution of Kentucky calls for convening the 2024 Legislative Session on Jan. 2 in Frankfort. Senate Majority Floor Leader Damon Thayer of the 17th Senate District is proactively reaching out to constituents, urging them to stay informed and engaged in the legislative process.
